What
I like trying things out. This is just another such little experiment, this time with automated deployment of a static web site. Next step would be to try and add some basic GitHub actions to it to facilitate wrting Markdown instead of HTML (better use Hugo).
Why
Well, because it is fun? And keeps me (relatively speaking) at the top of a few things. Tinkering, this is what this is.
